Constitution of School Level Fee Regulation Committee (SLFRC)
Dear Parents/Guardians,
This is to inform you that as per the directions issued by the Directorate of
Education, Government of NCT of Delhi, vide Order No.
DE.15(431)/PSB/2025/9744-9752 dated 24.12.2025, under the Delhi School
Education (Transparency in Fixation and Regulation of Fees) Act, 2025 and Rules,
2025, every school is required to constitute a School Level Fee Regulation
Committee (SLFRC) for the Academic Session 2025-26.
About SLFRC
The SLFRC is a statutory committee constituted to ensure transparency and
fairness in fixation and regulation of school fees. The committee includes
representation from:
•
School Management
•
Parents
•
Teachers
•
Department of Education (Observer)
Selection of Parent Representatives
•
Five (5) Parent Representatives will be selected through a transparent and
public draw of lots from among eligible parents.
•
All parents/guardians of students currently enrolled in the school are
eligible for the draw except parents of students admitted under
EWS/DG/CWSN categories, as per government rules.
•
To ensure wider participation, only one parent/guardian per family will be

The draw will be conducted in a fair, transparent, and public manner in the
presence of the Department of Education Nominee/Observer.
Parents are requested to be present mandatorily at the above-mentioned date,
time, and venue.
Important Information
•
The final list of SLFRC members will be displayed on the school notice board
and uploaded on the school website after completion of the draw.
•
The committee will examine and decide on the fee proposal for the
Academic Session 2025-26 as per the prescribed timelines.
We request the cooperation of all parents to ensure smooth and transparent
implementation of the above government directions.

SLFRC का उद्देश्य
SLFRC का गठि प्रवद्यालय िुल्क के प्रिधाारण एवं प्रवप्रियमि मेंपारदप्रिाता, प्रिष्पक्षता एवं उत्तरदाप्रयत्व
सुप्रिप्रित करिेके प्रलए प्रकया जा रहा है। इस सप्रमप्रत मेंप्रिम्नप्रलखित का िप्रतप्रिप्रधत्व होगा:

अप्रििावक िप्रतप्रिप्रध
•
प्रिक्षक िप्रतप्रिप्रध
•
प्रिक्षा प्रिदेिालय का िाप्रमत पयावेक्षक
अवििािक प्रविवनवधय ं का चयन
•
पााँि (05) अप्रििावक िप्रतप्रिप्रधयों का ियि पारदिी एवं सावाजप्रिक लॉटरी (ड्र ा) के माध्यम से
प्रकया जाएगा।
•
प्रवद्यालय मेंअध्ययिरत सिी छात्रों के अप्रििावक/अप्रििाप्रवकाएाँड्र ा मेंसखिप्रलत होंगे, प्रसवाय
EWS/DG/CWSN श्रेणी के अंतगात िवेप्रित छात्रोंके अप्रििावकोंके, जो प्रियमोंके अिुसार
पात्र िही ंहैं।
•
एक पररवार सेके वल एक अप्रििावक/अप्रििाप्रवका को ही SLFRC मेंिप्रतप्रिप्रधत्व प्रदया

जाएगी।
सिी अप्रििावकोंसेअिुरोध हैप्रक प्रिधााररत प्रतप्रि, समय एवं थिाि पर उपखथित होकर इस िप्रिया में
िाग लें।
महत्वपूणणसूचना
•
SLFRC के अंप्रतम रूप सेियप्रित सदस्ों की सूिी प्रवद्यालय के िोप्रटस बोड्ाएवं प्रवद्यालय की
वेबसाइट पर िदप्रिात/अपलोड् की जाएगी।
•
SLFRC द्वारा िैक्षप्रणक सत्र 2025-26 हेतुिुल्क िस्ताव पर प्रविार कर प्रियमािुसार प्रिणाय
प्रलया जाएगा।
आप सिी अप्रििावकों सेइस महत्वपूणािप्रिया मेंसहयोग की अपेक्षा की जाती है।
